Healthy eating - is it really a chaotic process?

we hear a lot about "Health" "Healthy eating" "clean eating" etc almost everywhere right? But why do we fear starting to eat healthy? Almost 80% of the people I meet have some unsaid fear about changing the lifestyle or just changing the way they eat.

I totally get the emotion there, its more of self doubt over anything else. Questions like "will I be able to manage it?" "Its too expensive to eat healthy" " It takes extra effort to make healthy meals or its not available easily" and the list goes on.  But in reality, healthy eating is not that scary :) 

It requires some amount of understanding of basic things and an open mind to adapt those changes. 

If you give attention, almost everyone has certain amount of healthy eating that is already happening because we have been taught since childhood that vegetables are healthy, fruits are good for us and we must drink milk to stay strong. But we also got pulled to eating for the mind which is junk eating and totally forgot to listen to our body when it comes to portions of eating. 

well, to put everything in a nutshell, healthy eating can be adapted by anyone and everyone and it absolutely doesn't require way too much of your effort or time or money.
