A SIMPLE BREAKFAST RECIPE-OATMEAL PORRIDGE



Ingredients( portion size to match the nutrients that I have quoted)
Oats 25g
Toned milk 100ml
Water 50ml
Raisins 20
Dates 2
Almonds 5
Chia seeds 1 teaspoon
Flax seeds 1 teaspoon

Method:
1.Add water and oats in a pan and bring it to boil in low to medium flame, keep stirring.

2. Then add milk and dry fruits and cook for 2-3 min, keep stirring at all times.

3. Transfer the cooked milk oats to a bowl and add soaked chia seeds ( soak the chia for atleast 10min) and also add flax seeds. Mix well.

Your oatmeal porridge is ready to enjoy ☺️
