ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SALAD


Eat the rainbow 🌈
Here is a recipe to beat that inflammation and water retention.

This salad is loaded with Vit C,A, K, E, protein, fibre, antioxidants, folate and an excellent choice to eat as a dinner or a snack.

If you are looking at reducing inflammation in your body, you must consider including this :)

Ingredients:
Cooked chickpeas 1cup
Chopped red, green and yellow peppers or capsicum 1 cup
Chopped cucumber 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
Lemon juice 3tbspn
Olive oil 1tbspn
Salt 1/2 tspn
Crushed black pepper 1/2-1tspn

Method:
Mix olive oil, lemon, salt and black pepper and keep aside.

In a bowl mix the chickpeas and veggies and finally add the dressing and toss well. Enjoy the crunchy juicy filling salad and get the benefits :)
